See All ReviewsThe food is great, it's a must try. The patties don't seem to be frozen but homemade. The cashier always seems a little rude, but I just smile and dnt allow her to get me down. The prices are decent. keep up the great work!
I was going to give them a high rating because the last time we went here it was actually good and the young man at the cash register was extremely kind. Well tonight (Sunday) we went in at 7:10pm because online it shows they close at 8:30. The young man was there and was taking our order but was moved aside and the lady that everyone claims is rude and unprofessional took over. After we ordered 2 #100's she told the young man that we will need to get our tea from the steakhouse side cause they have no more. He was able to pour tea up to the brim in both large to go cups. We also ordered a cup of chili. Exactly 1 min later my folks wanted 2 #4's to go so I ordered that. The lady gave me such a foul attitude... if attitude looks could smell it would be hot garbage. The cook gets all dramatic and yelled out "I told you!" Repeatedly and pointed at me. Anyway, we saw another employee cleaning and closing up, this employee was extremely kind. Had we known they close at 8 instead of 8:30pm we wouldn't have gone. We don't like making staff work 40-45mins before closing. We decided to put our fresh orders in to go boxes. The fries did look old and gross, which isn't saying much since they are always lacking. We got the left over chili in our cup and ate it there as we waited for our to go orders. When we got home and cut our burgers in half we noticed the meat not fully cooked and mostly raw. The bottom bread was not manageable because it was soaked in grease. We did call and let them know that it was raw. The same rude lady gave us attitude but said they would make us 2 #100s on Monday. I'm sure they will give us hassle if we try and get another one. I would be afraid they would sabotage it like they did these. Also when my husband called to complain the lady kept telling him they don't have a website when he said we saw their time schedule online. He said she repeated each time he tried to explain that it's on their Google page. He never got to explain that.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms to go and the mushroom was missing. When I called them regarding this issue, Rosie asked me to come back tomorrow for my mushrooms. What kind of customer service offers to replace mushrooms THE NEXT DAY? Not the whole burger, just the mushrooms. They also forgot my chili cheese fries. I don’t mind the honest mistake. I am upset over the terrible customer service. I don’t need mushrooms by themselves the day after I have eaten a burger.
